Print and environmental graphics for a multi-day veterinary conference — scientifically credible, warmly approachable, unmistakably on-brand.

A multi-day veterinary conference in Norway for Royal Canin, where the print and environmental graphics had to feel both scientifically credible and warmly approachable — unmistakably on-brand for an audience of professionals who know the visual standards well.
I led the print design from small-format board cards up to large-scale wall banners, building every layout within Royal Canin's strict brand system. I also produced detailed design preview mockups so stakeholders could approve sizing, placement, and colour fidelity before anything went to production. Execution was coordinated across several internal and external stakeholders, with a tight review loop to keep every asset aligned.
The conference opened with every printed and environmental piece in place, on-brand, and free of production errors. Board cards, signage, and wall banners read as one cohesive system across the venue.
Feedback from Royal Canin's team confirmed the materials met their internal standards on first review, and the coordination workflow — mockup, approval, print, install — held its timeline without a single reprint.
